ACHF-Trained Clinician Works for Three Mental Health Organizations

During her trip to Ukraine in July 2025, Lena Denman met with Kseniia, a mental health professional who participated in our 2024 May Mental Health Seminar. Kseniia currently works as a psychiatrist for three different mental health organizations.

"She is using the training from the May 2024 seminar in her practice. She wants further training in Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR)," Lena said.

One of the organizations that Kseniia works for is Veterans Hub. Veterans Hub saw a massive loss in funding once USAID left the country earlier this year, but thankfully, Kseniia is still employed there.

We are thankful to be able to provide mental health support in Ukraine and for the United Methodist Committee On Relief’s funding that allowed us to put on the 2024 May Mental Health Seminar.
