Museum of the History of Ukraine in the Second World War
"I can't imagine living in a country that is consistently bombarded with weapons of war from the Russian aggression that continues to this day." - Lena Denman, ACHF President
We invite you to watch this video from the Museum of the History of Ukraine in the Second World War. Not only does the Museum showcase Ukraine's history with WW2, but it also houses an exhibition dedicated to the destruction caused by the first two weeks of Russia's full-scale invasion in 2022.
Although the exhibition doesn't have the capacity to display all of the damage caused by Russia (quite frankly, no exhibition would have that ability), the Museum still provides us a glimpse into what life in #Ukraine has looked like since February 23, 2022.
This video showcases a reconstruction of a civilian shelter, photos of destroyed homes, artifacts from destroyed churches, and more. Please share this video and remind those around you of our Ukrainian friends' circumstances.
ACHF is proud to provide support to over 23 hospitals across Ukraine that treat those impacted by Russian attacks. We are so thankful to UMCOR for their grant funding, which has allowed us to feed veterans, the elderly and internally displaced people in Ukraine. Together we are ACHF Saving Lives.
