Did you know we have ongoing support for five partner clinicians in Ukraine?

ACHF supports the salaries of four psychologists and one psychiatrist through grant funding from the United Methodist Committee On Relief. As we maintain relationships with these mental health professionals, ACHF offers clinical support and continued education.

Between November 2024 and November 2025, five ACHF-supported clinicians helped provide over 6,300 psychological counseling sessions to over 3,200 individual patients. These patients are individuals include active duty soldiers, veterans, internally displaced persons and civilians. During this same period, 50 group therapy sessions were held, helping over 290 mental health participants.

These numbers are staggering, and we are proud of our partner clinicians for the ways they are serving the mental health field in Ukraine. We are grateful to UMCOR for providing us with grant funding for this project of seeking to help mitigate PTSD. Additionally, this project would not be possible without the help of generous donors like you.

Although it is saddening to know so many appointments were necessary, we are proud of our partner clinicians and to be a part of serving Ukraine in such a powerful way.
